John Hughes Workshop
APRIL 23-25, 2026
Time: 9-4 with hour lunch at noon
Location: Midway Town hall 120 W Main St. Midway UT and selected painting locations in
surrounding areas.
This 3-day workshop will focus on light, design, creativity, drawing, color, values, edges,
brushwork and seeing masses which will result in better compositions.
Tim Padilla Workshop
OCTOBER 16-18
Painting in one Breathe : Working towards and learning more confident and fast plein air technique, beneficial feedback loops that will continue your progress long after the workshop, and new ways to conceptualize the landscape. Participants will experience studio instruction and plein air painting with Tim (weather dependent). All skill levels are welcome. Artists will need to bring their own supplies - A materials list will be provided.
